With 8 years of coaching experience, Alex specialises in weightlifting and strength training for wellbeing. Alex works to build strong foundations with a technique first approach, backed up with joint health and mobility work. Working to build confidence and independence in a gym environment, she will support your goals through tailored programme to perfectly suit your needs.
Alex offers 1:1 or 2:1 weightlifting technique sessions and general strength for all levels, as well as bespoke programming for self-led sessions.
