Coaching hours (open gym)

The following training sessions are windows during which coaching is available, not hard start and finish times. Experienced members may be given access outside of the published times.

Monday- Friday
0700-0900 Morning Training (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
0900-1730 Open gym by appointment only
1700-1930 Evening training session (closing 1900 Fridays)

Saturday
1000-1200 Saturday Training
