Coaching hours

The following training sessions are windows during which coaching is available, not hard start and finish times. Experienced members will be given access outside of the published times.

Monday- Friday
0700-0900 Morning Training (excluding Wednesday)
0900-1730 Open gym by appointment only
1730-2000 Evening training session (closing 1900 Fridays)

Wednesday
1800-1900 Beginners session (the weightlifting area is unavailable for those not doing the class)

Saturday
1000-1200 Saturday Training

Note that an introductory 1-2-1 session must be completed before enrolling in classes If you are new to weightlifting- this will ensure that you get off to the best possible start!
