Pin squat- (X/5)3:

  • Start with the bar on the rack and squat down to jerk blocks set so that the hips are slightly above the knees when the bar is on the blocks (If you set the blocks too low you’ll probably have a hard time staying balanced).
  • DO NOT bounce the bar off the blocks. DO maintain tension otherwise you will lose your balance relative to the bar.
  • Perform 3 hard sets- somewhere around 75-85% will probably be about right. If 85% is very easy you probably have the blocks too high.
